Ethics the giving of “Gifts”
Customers, the giving of “Gifts” - Everyday we seek support and appreciation with all our partners, and we know that you seek, just as we do to increase the cooperative spirit between our companies. Relationships with our customers must be based on mutual trust, excellent communication, and ethical conduct. We realise that such relationships ensure fair pricing, prompt deliveries, and the highest levels of quality and dependability for the goods and services being purchased. Ultimately, the result is fair and impartial dealings with each other and the best value for money to you our clients.
As we look to build relationships with our customers our Code of Conduct stipulates good Ethics, to avoid any possible misunderstanding, embarrassment, or us looking for favouritism, Oracle Components Ltd has strict rules that govern the giving of certain gifts. For example our sale’s staff will not take advantage of your position to offer articles or services for personal use. However we do offer Promotional items of nominal value that are widely distributed by suppliers as long as there is no binding agreement of excepting these such items in return for orders.
Oracle Components Ltd believes that our companies share the same goal in maintaining the highest standards of business conduct. We look forward to continuing our working relationship in our shares business endeavours.
