About Me

The growing science and technology industries have resulted in rising numbers of electronic appliances and gadgets. It’s increasingly difficult for customers to choose the right products as it seems every Tom Dick and Harry has started supplying electronic components. Buyers are facing a growing minefield of fake products and allocation issues, plus suppliers that are having to test product as they cannot be sure themselves of the quality so they X-ray product and also run various test on the part because they cannot be sure and suppliers are deceiving inexperienced customers with cheap prices for inferior quality parts. These suppliers deliver poor quality components which have no warranty and do not meet basic market standards. Whilst the buyer may have saved some money initially, problems and errors quickly arise as they have to spend time and hard earned cash trying to get the faulty component fixed, losing peace of mind with the deal. Any electrical component sold without having ISO 9001 standards may be hazardous to human life.
In order to get the best products and right components, consumers need to be alert and aware of the suppliers whilst using search engines to gain knowledge about the required components; never buy any product from unknown and unauthorised sellers. Study the market, inspect a variety of components from various different companies and ensure they are ISO 9001 certified before making any purchasing decisions. Always check that any independent distributor is on the approved vendors list and it has no previous history of selling counterfeit components. Never buy electrical components that appear much cheaper than the average market price. Quality checks must be carried out before trusting any supplier.
The widely varying availability of electronic components has brought problems and risks to selecting components. Buyers must spend time researching the supplier ensuring they are selling at a competitive price with good quality and offering a fast service. Even the smallest component failure has the potential to ruin an entire device. A quick response from the supplier is essential as these situations can be devastating if not rectified immediately.
